Carborundum Collagraph

In this workshop, participants will explore the endless possibilities of collagraphic platemaking. By utilizing different mixtures of carborundum grit and acrylic medium, participants will be able to achieve a wide variety of textural surfaces and tonal variation. In addition to experimenting with this painterly approach to plate-making, participants will learn techniques for inking, wiping, and printing their collagraph plates.
