Newsprint and a selection of papers will be provided for proofing and a maximum of 3 impressions.
Option 2 - Explore linoleum carving through a guided activity creating blocks of things in your neighborhood (buildings, plants, cars/bikes/busses, trashcans, fire hydrants…).
Learn the basic tools and techniques of linoleum carving. Create a print of your neighborhood using the hand-carved elements you and others have made to create a representation of neighborhood block (pun intended).
Participants will be asked to leave their block behind for future use.
